Accelerated Growth Programme
Impact Innovation is one of two partners making up the Excelerator Consortium, which delivers the £23m, eight year Business Wales Accelerated Growth Programme.

The Business Wales Accelerated Growth Programme is an elite and bespoke Programme that seeks to identify ambitious businesses and entrepreneurs and provide an ecosystem of support to help them unlock their growth potential. The programme offers one to one coaching and mentoring from experienced entrepreneurs, high quality professional advisory services from the private sector, a range of workshops and master classes on key issues facing high growth businesses, peer to peer networking and trading and access to a range of Gold Partners who are all similarly committed to supporting high growth businesses. 

Tech Valley’s Peer to Peer Mentors Network
This Welsh Government business network programme is specifically targeted at business leaders within valley-based companies, fully funded through the Tech Valleys programme. This scale-up initiative for ambitious business leaders supports individuals who want to take their business to the next level, developing confidence, knowledge and invaluable connections.

This proven initiative enables a group of carefully selected business leaders to learn from each other in a private, interactive, peer to peer environment discussing key business growth topics, sharing their experiences, and helping each other to overcome growth challenges.

The scheduled events and activities are managed by Impact Innovation, and led by experienced scale-up entrepreneur, Julie Booth. Guest speakers who have successfully "been there and done it", also give insights on their growth journeys and lessons learnt.
