David Notley
David Notley is an experienced entrepreneur and Venture Capitalist who specialises in advising and supporting high growth and technology businesses. David worked in the electronics industry in corporate planning and mergers and acquisitions before moving into venture capital where he latterly managed a fund investing in early stage technology companies. David has established and run several successful businesses and achieved exits from a number of these. David currently runs Impact Innovation which nurtures ambitious, high growth businesses. Impact Innovation is a consortium partner, with Winning Pitch, in the delivery of the Business Wales Accelerated Growth Programme which provides specialist, bespoke support to high growth businesses.

Having supported many businesses and Entrepreneurs in various ways, Siwan is currently leading the Accelerated Growth Programme, supporting high growth business in Wales.
Her understanding and commitment to further enhancing and developing Wales’ business support capacity and capability is centred around her knowledge of education and skills, financial and professional services and most recently, public sector entrepreneurship support, striving for a collaborative ecosystem that delivers success.
Her passion also lies in developing solutions for SME’s to drive forward the response to the sustainability challenge, placing innovation and its importance at the heart of educating businesses across Wales and beyond.
A fluent Welsh speaker, Siwan also serves as the vice chair of the South Wales branch of the IoD, helping members to connect, develop and influence.

Iona callaghan
Iona is an AAT licensed accountant, with over 15 years experience, Iona has been taking care of the financial aspects here at Impact Innovation for the last 6 years. Looking after the day to day bookkeeping, it is Iona's role to manage the internal invoicing process, preparation of VAT returns and monthly payroll.
Nick Fowler
Experienced office administrator, with a retail management & web design background, Nick's responsibilities include marketing, website maintenance, IT, client and accounts liaison.
